With 5 available programs (Quick Start Goals, Time, Distance, Calories, and Constant Heart Rate) and the convenient built-in intensity controls, you can adjust the intensity without stopping your workout—very useful when you want to perform sessions with different levels of intensity. The movement is unique and very different from other elliptical trainers, thanks in part to the ergonomic position created by the wide platforms and their minimal distance. A biomechanical study was conducted during its design to help you maintain the correct posture for your workout. The sensation it generates is comparable to walking in a residential area or up a mountain.
